Refund policy

Request Process:


• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Send an email to contact@aurahi.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9211290055.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

• Once approved, the returned product must reach us within 15 days of return confirmation.• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

Conditions for Refund and Exchange:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.


Please note:

As all our products are hand-dyed and crafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or print are natural and part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.


For damaged or defective items:

• No return shipping charges will apply — we will bear the full cost of shipping for your convenience.

• Since it’s our responsibility, you may choose either a full refund to the original payment mode or an exchange for a new piece, after inspection confirms the issue.


For all other returns (non-defective items):

• We offer a no-questions-asked return policy. If you’re not satisfied with the product for any reason whether it’s the color, fabric, or anything else you can still return it.

• A 10% return processing fee will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

• Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected, and the return will be processed within 7 working days.
