What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer an easy return and exchange process.
Simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with your order details and images. Once approved, the product must reach us within 15 days.
- Damaged or defective items: Full refund or exchange, with no return shipping cost.
- All other returns: No-questions-asked returns with a 10% processing fee.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
Please note: slight variations in colour or texture are natural due to our handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, and delivery timelines may vary based on your location. Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp.
Please note: delays caused by courier partners or public holidays are beyond our control.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production and packaging begin shortly after.

Are any purchases final sale?
Products purchased during special sales, or those clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return or exchange.
All other products are covered under our standard return and exchange policy.
